We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your service to ensure a full refund.
Refund for cancellations made with 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% deduction.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded
Services rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to an additional £40 fee

Payments must be made prior to service being carried out we accept various methods of payments:

We will require a 10% deposit at point of booking​

Complaints
All complaints MUST be communicated within 48 hours of the service being provided. We do NOT offer refunds but are happy to correct any mistakes within reason
