How long does an "End of tenancy / One Off Spring clean" service take to complete?

The duration of the cleaning process depends on the size and condition of the property. We estimate up to 4 hours for an average 2-3 bed property.

How does the booking Process work?

You can book our services in three ways:

- Fill in the online form to request a quote.

- Message us through the business WhatsApp found on the contact us page.

- Call us on the telephone number found on the Contact us page.

Once you have contacted us, a member of our team will be available to confirm the check list based on your requirements and book the service for an agreed date and time. Payment will have to be made either via bank transfer / card payment at point of booking. We also accept payment via cash on the day of the clean before we begin the service (A 10% deposit is required at point of booking).

Do I have to be present during the cleaning process?

You don’t have to be present during the cleaning process. However we will need someone to give us access to the property and someone to return and inspect the property before we leave.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment ?

Are your cleaners Insured and DBS checked?

Your safety and that of your property is very important to us. Our recruitment process ensures that we only hire professional cleaners with a proven track record and an up to date DBS. In the unfortunate event of an accident resulting in damage to anything in the property caused by our cleaners, We are fully insured to cover the damage.

Do you issue a receipts following the completion of the service?

After we complete a cleaning service we will email you a receipt within 24 hours
